We aim to provide medical care to individuals who are not covered by health insurance systems, including the most vulnerable and displaced populations of all nationalities, by offering a range of medical services that ensure access to essential healthcare.

Iklim Primary Health Care Center is a comprehensive health center offering multidisciplinary clinics, free medicine distribution, a medical lab, ultrasound imaging, pharmacy services, infectious disease control programs, epidemiological immunization and early diagnosis programs. Recognized by the Ministries of Social Affairs and Public Health in Lebanon, the center offers more than 33 medical services according to standards recognized internationally.
Since its establishment in 1995, the center underwent comprehensive development in 2016, transforming it into a full-service primary healthcare center. Today, it serves more than 18,000 beneficiaries of all nationalities annually who are not covered by health insurance systems, providing approximately 33,500 medical services annually, in addition to providing chronic disease medications to more than 1,000 beneficiaries on a regular basis.
Future Goals:
- Establishing a radiology center
- Setting up an emergency room
The Medical Equipment Distribution Project is a humanitarian initiative aimed at improving the lives of individuals facing severe health challenges. The primary goal is to provide medical equipment and mobility aids to individuals in need, particularly those with disabil-ties, to improve their quality of life and facilitate their daily lives.
The range of equipment provided by the project ranges from basic assistive devices such as wheelchairs, walkers, and crutches to advanced medical devices such as oxygen concentrators and others.
Future Goal:
Increasing annual equipment distribution to 1,000 items.
This unit was established to provide rapid humanitarian response in times of peace, emergency, and crisis, including epidemics. The unit comprises a team of 100 volun-teers, including more than 60 paramedics, who work according to shifts daily to provide care and first aid, transport critical and ordinary patients, and deal with various injuries resulting from accidents. The unit also actively supports civil defense teams during forest fires and other emergencies in the region.
The emergency unit owns three ambulances and one vehicle dedicated for transporting the deceased, enhancing its ability to respond quickly and provide support in all circum-stances.
Future Goals:
- Training new volunteers
- Purchasing new equipment
- Building partnerships with public and private sectors
The Hospitalization Fund is an initiative that seeks to ease the burden on low-income and needy families by covering a portion of hospital care costs, enabling them to access the treatment they need with dignity and without financial anxiety. It seeks to provide the necessary support to those not covered by health insurance in hospitals, giving them hope and providing them with the care they need to regain their health and continue their lives with confidence and security.
Future Goals:
- Increasing the fund's financial capacity
- Launching mobile medical clinics
It is a humanitarian and social project that provides burial services in accordance with the teachings of our true religion. It includes all burial arrangements, including washing and preparing the body, digging graves, transporting the dead, and more. In 2021, burial services provided reached more than 160 burials, including those for victims of the COVID-19 pandemic under special procedures. Given the lack of support from municipalities and government institutions, the importance of this project is highlighted.
It is worth noting that in 2016, the association opened a cemetery with a capacity of more than 150 graves for displaced Syrians, in addition to service rooms and all the equipment associated with the burial process.
Future Goal:
- Expanding service coverage and beneficiary base.
